【摘要】 探讨癌症患者行为特征和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平的相关性。使用C型行为特征问卷及采用ELISA法检测外周血T淋巴细胞免疫指标,调查和检测了66名经临床病理确诊为癌症的患者和46名健康成人对照者。结果表明,癌症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群（T₃、T₄/T₈）较正常对照组明显下降,问卷显示癌症患者在行为、情绪、焦虑、抑郁、愤怒内泄等方面具有C型行为倾向,癌症发生与患者的一些行为特点及免疫水平降低有密切相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have used C-type characteristic questionnaire and ELISA method to examine the immune norm of T lymphatic cell surrounding blood. We compared 66 cancer patients with 46 healthy adults and found that the values T3, T4/T8 of T lymphatic cell inferior-group in cancer .patients were much lower than normal values. The questionnaire showed that cancer patients were inclined to possess C-type characteristics in behaviors, emotions, anxiety, depression, angriness with themselves. The occurrence of cancer is relevant with patients’ behavior characteristics and their low immune abilities.更多还原
