BPT-OP分光光度法测定食品中的微量铁
A study of determination of trace amounts of Fe(Ⅱ) in food by BPT-OP spectrophotometry
【摘要】 BPT是一种很灵敏的显色剂,在提示条件下,Fe(Ⅲ)-BPT转变为Fe(Ⅱ)-BPT的速度很快,Fe(Ⅱ)-BPT的λmax=530nm,线性范围为0-35μg/25mL.该法用于测定食品中的铁,可获得满意效果.
【Abstract】 BTP is a sensitive reagent. Fe(Ⅲ)-BTP can be turned into Fe(Ⅱ)-BTP with fast speed under special conditions, Fe(Ⅱ)-BTP’s λmax=530nm, bar’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-35μg/25mL for Fe(Ⅱ). The method has been applied to the determination of trace Fe in water and food with satisfactory results.
