【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the conditions and the tasks of developing knowledge economy in China, and clarifies that sufficiently developing industry economy, raising social knowledge level and improving technology innovation ability are three necessary conditions for developing knowledge economy. It also points out that, at present, developing knowledge economy involves the exploitation of people’s intelligence, the transition of government’s functions, the founding of innovation system, and the cultivation of knowledge market.更多还原
