自适应控制技术在不规则颗粒精称量中的应用
APPLICATION OF ADAPTIVE CONTROL TECHNIQUE TO BALANCING IRREGULAR PARTICULATE
【摘要】 针对不规则颗粒称量中存在的精度高、时间短的矛盾,提出了采用自适应控制方案实现不规则颗粒的精称量。每一次称量包括精称和粗称两部分,两者并行工作。粗称部分采用PID控制,系统参数由最小二乘法决定;精称部分采用神经网络控制。仿真结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the couple contradications which lie in the process of balancing the irregular particulate, the paper provides a project that adopts adaptive control. Every balance cbmprices both precise scale and gross scale, which are executed parallelly. The part of gross scale uses PID to control, and system parameters are provided by LQR; meanwhile the other part adopts neural network control. Through emulation, the system succeeds insolving the contradictions above.
