【Abstract】 Growing fatten pigs were fed with different amino acide-metal coordination compound additives. By analysing and detecting the quality and chemical component of pork, the results suggested that all amino acid-metal coordination compound additives have well-promoting effects on improving the quality, chemical components of pork, with more obvious effect of amino acid-microelements-rare soil element coordination compound feed additives.更多还原
