【摘要】 应用免疫组织化学SP法结合葡萄糖氧化酶 DAB 硫酸镍铵呈色法对卵巢细胞内IFN γ的分布及表达状况进行了研究。结果显示,在卵巢的生长卵泡和成熟卵泡以及黄体内都可表达IFN γ。在卵泡内IFN γ存在于颗粒细胞胞质中,且在同一个卵泡中,卵母细胞周围的颗粒层细胞染色最深,最密集。在黄体内广泛分布IFN γ样免疫反应阳性纤维,而细胞为阴性反应。阳性纤维细长,染色较弱,上有膨体。大多数纤维在膨体处分支,并弯曲、盘绕成网络样围绕在黄体细胞周围。上述结果提示,IFN γ可能作为一种神经免疫介质参与卵巢内的免疫调节。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have studied the express and distribution of IFNγ in ovary using immunohistochemical SP method and visualized with glucose oxidaseDABnickel method.The results showed that IFNγ distributed in the growing follicle and the mature follicle and corpus luteum.IFNγ distributed in cytoplasm of stratum granulosa cell.The stratum granulosa cell around oocyte was stained deep and crowded.Immunopositive fibre was tiny,long and light.There were swellings on it.There were branches and coiled in mostly swellings of fibres that distributed around of corpus luteum networklike.IFNγ may participate in neuroimmunoregulation in ovary as a neuroimmunoregulator factor.更多还原
