高剂量锌对奶牛生产性能和血液指标的影响研究

【摘要】 选择泌乳中后期的中国荷斯坦奶牛24头,分为4组,每组6头,对照组饲喂基础日粮(锌水平71 0mg/kg日粮干物质),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组在对照组基础上分别添加300、500和800mg/kg的锌(以饲料级硫酸锌的形式)。研究高锌对奶牛生产性能和血液理化性质的影响。结果表明:添加高锌对产奶量无显著影响(P>0 05),不影响乳蛋白含量和乳脂率(P>0 05),但乳锌含量分别提高了66 91%(P<0 01)、104 83%(P<0 01)和115 7%(P<0 01)。添加高锌对血清碱性磷酸酶活性无明显影响(P>0 05),但血清锌水平分别提高了65%(P<0 01)、120 77%(P<0 01)和162 31%(P<0 01);血清白蛋白和血清尿素氮水平与对照组均无明显差异(P>0 05);血红蛋白含量和红细胞比容与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0 05)。

【Abstract】 Twentyfour Holstein cows were allocated to four treatments in a monofactorial design to determine the effects of supplemental high zinc on performance and blood physiological and biochemical parameters.Treatments involved the control group(basal diet:with Zn of 710 mg/kgDM),trial group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ with supplemented either 300,500 or 800 mg Zn/kgDM.The results showed as follow:(1)High dietary zinc did not significantly affect the milk yeild (P>005);Milk protein and fat percentage were not affected (P>005),but the zinc contents of milk were increased by 6691%(P<001),10483%(P<001) and 1157%(P<001) respectively.Alkaline phosphatase activities of blood serum were not affected (P>005),but the zinc contents of blood serum were respectively increased by 65%(P<001),12077%(P<001) and 16231%(P<001);There were no significant effect on levels of albumen and urea nitrogen of blood serum (P>005),and no effect on hemoglobin and cell volume (P>005).
