粉煤灰的微观结构与脱炭方法的实验比较
Microstructure of Fine Coal Ash Slag and Experiment Comparison of Carbon Removal Methods
【摘要】 采用透射电镜研究了粉煤灰的微观特征 ,提出了降低粉煤灰残余炭含量并提高粉煤灰活性的脱炭思路。采用摩擦静电分选、流态化分选以及常规浮选三种方法 ,对粉煤灰脱炭的具体工艺和效果进行了量化分析。研究表明 :这些脱炭方法 ,对解决我国粉煤灰的综合利用问题具有借鉴意义
【Abstract】 Research has been made on microstructure of fine coal ash slag by using transmission electron microscope, in which, a new consideration has been put forward, that is improving fine coal ash slag activity by means of reduction of residual carbon in fine coal ash slag. Three processes such as tribo-electrostatic separation, fluidized bed separation and conventional flotation separation and conventional flotation separation are used for that. The quantization analysis has been made on the carbon reduction performance of the three methods. The study indicates these de-carbon methods can be significantly used for reference in dealing with the problems found in comprehensive utilization of fine coal ash slag.
