柠檬马鞭草精油含油率、组份及其抗菌作用的研究
Study on the Consituents and Their Antibacterial Effectiveness of the Essential Oil from Aloysia Triphylla
【摘要】 用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取了柠檬马鞭草鲜叶和茎的精油,出油率分别为0.19%和0.006%,用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析其化学组分,主要成分为柠檬醛(47.59%),苧烯(8.85%)和芳姜黄烯(5.87%)。其精油对金黄色葡萄球菌等具有较强的抗菌能力。
【Abstract】 The leaf and stem essential oil of the lemon verbena(Aloysia triphylla)was obtained by steamdistiilation(0.19% and 0.006%)and analyzed by GC-MS.The major components of leaf essential oil are citral(47.59%),limonene(8.85%)and A R-curcumene(5.87%).The essential oil has highly antibacterial effectiveness against Staphylococcus aureus etc.
