【Abstract】 The study reviewed and compared two prevalent personality models in the current psychological field. The comparison was made on the basis of the two models’ correlation data, research backgrounds, structural and linguistic features. After revealing the convergence and the major differences between these two models, the study came up with several guidelines for their proper use in practice.更多还原
