【Abstract】 In 2002, the State Council Issued The Suggestions on Further Strengthening & Promotion of Physical Education, pointing out that the development of competitive sports in Northwest China should be based on the need of major international competition, especially on the the Olympics and requiring that the development of Northwest competitive sports bear a new historical mission. The research on the strategy of physical development should go a step further as the times goes on. The research on strategy should be conducted continuously in different period.更多还原
