【摘要】 目的　探讨术中提上睑肌肌力的测定在睑成形术后上睑下垂矫正术中的重要性。方法　根据术中提上睑肌肌力的测定结果选择不同的手术方式 ,对 8例 10眼睑成形术后上睑下垂患者行整形术。术后随访 3～ 12月。结果　临床治疗8例 10眼 ,其中 7眼为满意 ,2眼为明显改善 ,1眼为过矫。结论　术中测定提上睑肌肌力是睑成形术后上睑下垂修复手术方法选择的主要依据 ,手术效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the importance of levator force measurement in the surgery to the selected techniques for treating the acquired blepharoptosis after blepharoplasty. Methods Eight cases(10 eyes)were performed the ptosis repair.The different techniques were selected according to the measurement of the function of the levator muscle in the surgery.All of the patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months after operation. Results The results was satisfactory in 7 eyes, significantly improved in 2 eyes, overcorrected in 1 eye. Conclusion The levator force measurement in the surgery could be the main evidence to search the proper techniques for treating the acquired blepharoptosis after blepharoplasty.更多还原
