【摘要】 目的 探讨和分析泪囊鼻腔吻合手术并发症发生的原因及防治措施。方法 对163例患者术中、术后并发症进行观察和分析。结果 术中出血69例(42.33％),术中鼻粘膜损伤9例(5.52％),术后出血5例(3.07％),术后吻合口再阻塞11例(6.75％)。结论 术中出血和术后吻合口再阻塞是常见并发症,鼻内窥镜修复是处理术后吻合口再阻塞的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes and the preventions of the complications in dacryocystorhinostomy ( DCR ). Methods Clinical observation and analysis were carried out on the main complications of DCR in 163 cases. Results Hemorrhage was found in 69 cases (42. 33%) and damage of nasal mucosa in 9 eases(5. 52%) druing operation. postoperative hemorrhage in 5 cases (3. 07%), rcobstruction of anastomotic lacrimal passage after DCR in 11 cases(6. 75 %). Conclusion Hemorrhage and reobstruction of anastomotic lacrimal passage were the main complications,prosthetics under nasal endoscope is an effective method in the treatment of reobstruction of anastomotic lacrimal passage.更多还原
