自身免疫性白内障体液转移免疫研究
Studies on humoral immunity transfer of autoimmune cataract
【摘要】 目的 探讨体液转移免疫是否能造成自身免疫性白内障(autoimmune cataract,AIC)。方法 分别采用α、β晶状体蛋白抗原所致的AIC模型动物的血清和空白对照动物血清进行转移免疫;对被动免疫动物行裂隙灯观察,晶状体调节力检查和病理切片观察。结果 针对α、β晶状体蛋白抗原的被动免疫组白内障样改变出现率分别为18.75%、31.25%,β晶状体蛋白抗原被动免疫组的晶状体调节力与免疫前比较有下降(P<0.05)。结论 依据Witskey法则,进一步证实了AIC是一种客观存在的自身免疫性疾病,体液免疫在AIC发病中可能起着重要作用,其中晶状体β蛋白抗原的致病作用可能更为重要,从而为进一步探索老年性白内障病因提供帮助。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to verify the assumption that autoimmune cataract (AIC) could be induced by serum transfer, we conducted serum transfer experiments. Methods In 3 groups of rabbits (C,D,E) each was injected with positive sera isolated from the syngeneic naive rabbits at 10 weeks following a and b-crystallins immunization and the sera isolated from non-immunized rabbits respectively. Results The rates of cataract formation were 18. 75% in group C and 31. 25% in group D at 4 weeks following the serum transfer, and the accommodation of lenses in group D declined in compare with pre-immunization. There was significant difference between them( P < 0. 05). Conclusion It is confirmed that AIC is an autoimmune disease according to Witskey law, and perhaps, b protein antigen play an important role. This will facilitate the further exploration of pathogenesis of cataract.
