【摘要】 目的　观察圆锥角膜的组织病理、超微结构的改变 ,观察铁质和酸性粘多糖在圆锥角膜与正常角膜中分布的变化 ,探讨这些变化与圆锥角膜的关系。方法　 2 2例标本经苏木精 -伊红染色观察组织变化 ;普鲁士蓝染色观察角膜铁质染色 ;阿尔新蓝染色观察角膜中的酸性粘多糖的分布。电镜标本经醋酸铀和柠檬酸铅双重染色后于透射电镜下观察。结果　圆锥角膜各层组织结构均发生变化 ,铁质分布异常 ,酸性粘多糖随病情加重而降低。结论　在圆锥角膜病变的发生过程中 ,组织结构异常、基质变薄及酸性粘多糖的水平下降 ,导致角膜的稳固性下降 ,这与圆锥角膜形成有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pathology, ultrastructure, iron and acid mucopolysaccharide changes in keratoconus.Methods Twenty two samples of keratoconus, 7 samples of normal cornea, were detected by haematine eosin, iron stain, alcian blue stain method and observed by transmission electron microscope. Results The structure of keratoconus was abnomal in each layer at late stage. At the bottom of the cone, iron deposits in the cornea. Decreased acid mucoploysaccharide was seen in the samples.Conclusion In the pathological changes, abnormal tissue structure,thinner stroma and decreased acid mucopolysaccharide were all related with pathological changes of keratoconus.更多还原
