新疆葡萄籽化学成分的研究
Studies on the chemical constituents of grape seeds from vitis vinifera L
【摘要】 目的:研究新疆葡萄籽的化学成分。方法:对新疆葡萄酒厂废渣中葡萄籽用石油醚脱脂,脱脂后的葡萄籽用乙醇提取。醇提取物分别用乙酸乙脂和正丁醇萃取得脂溶性和水溶性部分,然后再用硅胶和葡萄聚糖凝胶LH-20层析分离得单体。结果:分离得到6种化合物:二十七烷酸乙酯(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、白藜芦醇(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸-芸香糖苷(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)和原花青素(Ⅵ)。结论:从箭萄籽中提取分离得到6种化合物,用光谱法鉴定了结构,结论可靠。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the constituents of waste residue of grape seeds in winery. Methods: Soxhlet extractor was previously applied to grape seeds for the remover of oils with petroleum benzine. Then the seeds were extracted with hot alcohol and alcohol extract was suspended in water. This suspension was isolated with EtOAc and n-BuOH respectively. The EtOAc Soluble fraction was separated on silica gel to give five compounds ( Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅳ , Ⅴ ). The n-BuOH soluble fraction was scperatedon macroporous resin and scphadcx LH-20 to obtains one compound ( Ⅵ ). Results: Six compounds wore isolated, they were ether heptacosanoicate ( Ⅰ ) 、oleanolic acid ( Ⅱ )、resveralrolrol ( Ⅲ ) 、oleanane-3 β-OH A 12-18COO-rutinosicle ( Ⅳ ), β-sitoserol-D-glucoside ( Ⅴ ) and procyanidins B ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: Six compounds were identified by spectra methods.
