【摘要】 目的:观察立止心痛口服液对正常豚鼠左心室功能的影响。方法:采用插心导管入左心室的方法测定实验动物豚鼠左心室压力及压力的变化,评价心室功能和顺应性。通过测定+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、Vce40、HR、PT、LVEDP,观察立止心痛口服液对豚鼠左心室功能的影响。以地奥心血康为阳性对照。结果:口服立止心痛口服液后各剂量组PK值明显降低,左室内压最大+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax和Vce40值也均降低,PT值延长。结论:立止心痛口服液可改善左心室功能,减慢心肌的收缩速度及强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the effects of Lizhixintong oral liquid on the left ventricular function of guinea pigs. Methods: The Left ventricular function and conformity were assessed by measuring LVEDP and other indexes (such as Pk、 +dp/dtmax、 - dp/dtrnax、 Vce-10 and PT) in guinea pigs followed by a pipe inserting into left ventricle and using the SMUP-PC biological message delievcrd system to estimate: their changes. Results: Pk value, + dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax and Vce40 were decreased significantly , PT value was prolonged by Lizhixintong administered ip. All of them were appeared to be superior to that of Lizhixintong administered orally. Conclusion: Lizhixintong can be used to improve the Left ventricular function, the-velocity and strength of myocardial contractility can be reduced.更多还原
