肉苁蓉总苷对60Co照射损伤小鼠T淋巴细胞功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究肉苁蓉总苷对60Co γ射线损伤小鼠T淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法:用60Co照射4Gy一次全身照射NIH小鼠,检测小鼠的迟发型超敏反应、胸腺指数、T淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2的活性。结果:60Co照射后可明显抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应,降低胸腺指数,并使T淋巴细胞增殖能力及IL-2的活性明显下降。GCs(31.25、62.5、125 mg/kg)能增强受照射小鼠迟发型超敏反应.增加胸腺指数,增强T淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2的活性。结论:肉苁蓉总茁对辐射损伤小鼠的T淋巴细胞功能具有较强的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Glycosides of Cistanche (GCs) on the T lymphocyte function of 60Co ( irradiated mice. Methods; NIH mice were received a 60Co ( irradiation at a dose of 4 Gy. T lymphocyte function was evaluated using delayed type hypersensitivity, the exponent of thymus as parameters. Also MTT method was used to assess T lymphocyte proliferation and TL-2 activities. Results; After 60Co ( irradiation, delayed type hypersensitivity was remarkably inhibited, the exponent of thymus was decreased, T lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 activities were also lowered. GCs (31. 25, 62. 5、125 mg/kg) can strengthen the delayed type hypersensitivity of the irradiated mice and increase the exponent of thymus and potentiate T lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 activities. Conclusion: GCs possess a significant protective effect on T lymphocyte function in 60Co 7 irradiated mice.
