肉苁蓉总苷对清醒小鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:研究肉苁蓉总苷(GCs)对清醒小鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:取NIH种小鼠,采用结扎小鼠右侧颈总动脉建立脑缺血损伤模型,动态观察GCs对脑缺血损伤不同时点脑卒中指数、脑梗死范围百分比、脑组织Se—GSH—Px、SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。结果:脑缺血后脑卒中指数、脑梗死范围百分比及MDA含量增加;Se—GSH—Px及SOD活性下降。GCs可促进上述各指标恢复,显著降低脑缺血24 h内腑卒中指数,减少脑梗死范围百分比,降低MDA含量,提高Se-GSH—Px及SOD活性。结论:GCs对清醒小鼠腑缺血损伤具有保护作用,作用机制可能与其增强自由基清除酶活性和防止脂质过氧化作用有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the protective effects of Glycosides of Cislanchc (GCs) on cerebral ischemia in awaken mice. Methods: The models of the cerebral ischemia were made by means of ligating the right common carotid artery in awaken mice. The experiment was designed to study successively the effects of GCs on the cerebral strock index, Percentage of area of cerebral infarction, activities of Se-GSH-Px and SOD, contents of MDA. Results: The cerebral strock index. Percentage of area of cerebral infarction and content of MDA increased remarkably, the activities of Sc-GSH-Px and SOD decreased afier cerebral ischemia. The cerebral strock index. Percentage of area of cerebral infarction, contents of MDA decreased remarkably, the vitality of Se-GSH-Px and SOD increased after oral administration of GCs 62. 5, 125,250 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion: GCs has protective effects on cerebral ischemia injury in awaken mice, the mechanism of which may be related with these antioxidalion effects.
