【摘要】 目的 :了解新疆维吾尔族 (维族 )、哈萨克族 (哈族 )、回族和汉族不同年龄、不同性别学龄儿童的收缩压和舒张压情况 ,提供正常参考值及相应的血压回归方程式。 方法 :对阿勒泰、昌吉、和田地区 4 379名维、哈、回、汉族不同性别 6～ 15岁各年龄段学龄儿童的收缩压和舒张压进行测定。 结果 :在 7～ 14岁哈族儿童中男性和女性平均各年龄段血压均较回族和汉族高 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;维族儿童血压也较回族和汉族高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但哈族与维族之间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;回族与汉族之间差异也无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。从血压与年龄的回归方程式中得出 :哈族和维族学龄儿童出生时血压较回、汉族高 ,且回、汉族血压与年龄的增长系数平均较哈、维族低。 结论 :新疆维、哈、回、汉族学龄儿童血压随年龄增长而增高 ,其中哈、维族学龄儿童血压平均较回、汉族高 ,这可能是不同民族自然生存环境及世代生活习惯综合作用的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Knewing normal blood pressure value of children in Wei.Ha.Hui.Han nationalities and getting blood pressure equation. Methods: Surveying blood pressure in school children as a whole group in different area of different nationalities and getting their question papers. Results: We have gotten the normal blood pressure of children in Wei. Ha. Hui. Han nationalities, see table1and 2.We have also calculated the blood pressure equation of the children in Wei.Ha.Hui.Han nationalities, see table 3. Conclusion: The children blood pressure of Wei.Ha.Hui.Han nationalities rises with age growing.The average blood pressure of Ha.Wei children is higher than that of Hui. Han children, which may be influensed by living environment and diet habits. The blood pressure equation of Wei.Ha.Hui.Han children provided the criteron by which we can evaluate the nomal or abnomal blood pressure of Wei.Ha.Hui.Han children.更多还原
