【摘要】 目的 :测量维吾尔族青年足跟骨 X线片上 6项指标的正常值 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 :拍摄 10 8例维吾尔族青年右侧足跟骨侧位片 ,分别测量跟骨长、跟骨高、前力线长、后力线长、Cissane’s角及 Boehler’s角 ,并进行统计学处理。结果:维吾尔族青年男、女上述各项指标除 Cissane’s角及 Boehler’s角之外差异均有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;跟骨长、跟骨高、前力线长、后力线长有性别间差异 ;正常跟骨高长比 >1/2 ;Boehler’s角和 Cissane’s角无性别间差异。 结论:足跟骨 X线测量可为临床医学、法医学及人类学研究提供参考依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure and study the calcaneal length, calcaneal height, anterior compression stress length, posterior compression stress length, the Cissane’s angle and Behler’s angle of young people of Uigur nationality in Xinjiang. Methods: The calcaneal length, calcaneal height, anterior compression stress length, posterior compression stress length, the Cissane’s angle and the Behler’s angle were measured on the lateral X ray of 108 young people (male 53, female 55). Results: The calcaneal length, calcaneal height, anterior compression stress length, and posterior compression stress length of male were larger than the female’s, there were significant difference between them (P<0.001), and also, there were significant difference between Uigur and Han nationalities (P<0.001). The various indexes of Uigur nationality were larger than that of the Han nationality. The ratio of calcaneal height to length was above 1/2. There was no difference between male and female of the index of Cissane’s angle (P>0.05), there was no difference between Uigur and Han nationalities (P>0.05). The index of Behler’s angle had no difference between male and female (P>0.05),but had difference between Uigur and Han nationalities (P<0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that the result of this paper provided important reference for clinical medicine ,forensic medicine and anthropology.更多还原
