【摘要】 目的:探讨正畸治疗放置镍钛丝后患者疼痛与功能障碍的变化规律及其与年龄、性别、牙列拥挤程度的关系。方法:对 39例患者正畸治疗中的疼痛与功能障碍进行调查分析。 结果 :疼痛发生时间为治疗后 4 5 min～15 .75 h不等 ,高峰期为 2 4～ 4 8h,3d后显著减轻 ;进食障碍高峰期为 2 4～ 4 8h;说话障碍高峰期在 2 4 h内 ,3d后均显著减轻。正畸疼痛与性别、牙列拥挤程度均无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;16岁以上组疼痛程度明显高于 13～ 16岁组与 13岁以下组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而后两组之间疼痛程度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论:正畸治疗放置首根镍钛丝后 ,患者均产生短期疼痛与功能障碍。其疼痛与性别、牙列拥挤程度无关 ,年龄大者疼痛明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: We investigated the regular rule of the pain and the functional discorder of the patients who were placed first nickle titanium archwire,and also discussed the relation among the patient’s age, sex and degree of crowded. Methods: 39 patients were observed for 9 days according to the designed program Results: (1) the pain started from 45th minutes to 15th hours, the peak time was from 24th to 48th hours, after 3 days the pain significantly relieved; (2) the peak time of taking foods was from 24th to 48th hours, the peak time of speaking obstacle was within 24 hours,both significantly relieved after 3 days; (3) there was no correlation between pain and sex (P>0.05); (4) there was no correlation between pain and degree of crowded (P>0.05); (5)the degree pain was higher among 16 years old group than that of the 13 to 16 years of age group (P<0.05). And the latter two groups had no significant difference in degree of pain. Conclusions: After being placed the first archwire, the patient, without exception, will fill the pain and the funtional disorder in a short time during the orthodontic treatment, which can be remedied by the symptom. There was no correlation between the pain and the sex and the degree of the crowded. The older the patient is, the more obvious the pain is.更多还原
