【摘要】 目的:研究戴用可摘局部义齿后金属基托对粘膜微环境的影响。 方法:对 17例戴用金属基托的可摘局部义齿进行基托承托区与非承托区粘膜菌丛的培养、分类和计数 ,并进行统计学分析。结果:金属基托承托区粘膜上链球菌、奈瑟氏菌、放线菌、厌氧菌、念珠菌的检出率均高于非承托区 ,但差异无统计学意义。 结论:可摘局部义齿对口腔粘膜微生态的确存在影响 ,金属基托可摘局部义齿对其影响较小更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of metallic and plastic denture bases on the oral mucosal microecosystern. Methods: We analysed the mucosal flora of the denture bearing and non denture bearing areas in 17 metalic denture bases on cultivating the microorgan. Results: The incidence of streptococus, neissena, actinomyces, anerobic bacillus, B, melaninogenias and candida of the deture bearing areas in metalic bases was higher than that of non denture bearing areas. But no siginificant difference were found. Conclusion: The removable partial denture bases affect the oral mucosal microecosystem. The metallic bases have little influence on the oral mucosal flora.更多还原
