【摘要】 自动酶标免疫测试仪 ( mini--VIDAS) ,是利用酶联荧光免疫分析技术 ( EL FA)原理 ,通过固相吸附器 ,用已知抗体来捕捉目标生物体 ,然后与带荧光的酶联抗体再次结合 ,经含 0 .1%叠氮纳的 TBS-吐温充分冲洗后 ,通过激发光源检测即能自动读出发光的阳性标本。本实验采用 mini-VIDAS和 CB4789.4-94的方法检测食品中沙门氏菌 ,证明使用 VIDAS具有检测灵敏度高、无传染危险、检测速度快等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mini-Vidas is a sample that uses the Principle of ELFA solidoid haustellum,with known antibody captures cause organism,then is combined with enzyme antibody of bring fluorescence. again after flushing sufficienty with TBS-tween in 0.1%N 3N a,throught blaze lamp-house test,flaring positive exemplar is read.The experiment that adopts Mini-Vidas and GB4789.94 method inspects Slamonella Spp for food.And it is proved that Mini一Vidas have some characteristics in hight veracity and inspect celerity.更多还原
