添加剂不同组分对绵羊消化代谢的影响

【摘要】 本试验选取罗姆尼与新疆美利奴杂交一代公羊 2 4只 ,根据体重分为 4组 ,以研究添加剂不同组分 (复合微量元素、维生素 +氨基酸、抗生素 )对绵羊消化代谢的影响。添加复合微量元素使动物对试验日粮DM ,OM ,CP ,纤维素和半纤维素的表观消化率分别提高 7.9% (P <0 .0 5) ,7.8% (P <0 .0 5) ,4.6 % (P >0 .0 5) ,1 3 .1 % (P <0 .0 5)和 1 3 .8% (P <0 .0 5) ,同时 ,使动物对氮的消化量、保留量和吸收氮的利用率分别提高 8.5 % (P >0 .0 5) ,1 8.4% (P >0 .0 5)和 1 0 .5 % (P >0 .0 5) ;维生素 +氨基酸组分不影响DM ,OM ,CP ,纤维素等的消化 ,但使动物的氮消化率、氮保留量和吸收氮的利用率分别提高 2 .7% (P >0 .0 5) ,1 0 .2 % (P >0 .0 5)和 8.0 % (P >0 .0 5)。添喂抗生素增加尿氮排出 ,从而降低吸收氮的利用率 (9.7% )。结果表明 ,复合微量元素、维生素 +氨基酸、抗生素等组分对动物的采食、消化作用是叠加的 ,即每一组分都有一定的贡献 ,但在复合时效果最显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。

【Abstract】 Romney×Merino rams were divided into 4 groups on ba sis of initial body weights in order to study the effect of the different compon ents(micro-minerals, vitamin + amino acid, antibiotic)of additives on the dig estion and metabolism of ram. It was shown that micro-mineral component adding increased the apparent digestibility of DM, OM, CP, cellulose, and semi-cellulo se in diet by 7.9% (P<0.05), 7.8% (P<0.05), 4.6% (P>0.05), 13.1% ( P<0.05) and 13.8% (P<0.05) respectively, and increased N digestion , N ret ention and utilizing efficiency of absorbed N by 8.5%(P>0.05), 18.3%(P >0.05) and 10.5%(P> 0.05) respectively. Vitamin + amino acid componen t adding did not increase apparent digestibility of DM, OM, CP, cellulose in die t, however, it increased N digestion, N retention and utilizing efficiency of ab sorbed N by 2.7% (P>0.05),10.2%(P>0.05)and 8.0%(P>0.05)resp ectively. Antibiotic component adding increased nitrogen excretion from urine,th erefore the utilizing efficiency of absorbed N decreased by 9.7%. The results in dicated that the effect of components of the additive on the intake and digestio n of diet is superimposed, namely, every component contributes to it, but it is the most significant when they are compounded (P<0.01). 
