【摘要】 蓝细菌是一类含有叶绿素a、具有放氧光合作用的原核微生物 ,其种类多、分布广 ,在形态、生理生化特性上各不相同。已知许多蓝细菌可以合成胞外粘性包埋物 ,并能够将多糖类物质释放到培养基中。这些多糖易于从培养基中回收 ,并且在工业生产中的多种潜在用途引起人们越来越多的关注。本文对产胞外多糖蓝细菌及其所产多糖的物化性质的研究进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cyanobacteria are O 2-released photosynthesis prokaryotes which have chlorophyl a.They include a large variety of species of widespread. They are different in morphologic,physiologic and biochemia properties. It was known that many of them can synthesis outermost slimy investments and to release polysaccharidic material into the culture medium. These polysaccharides can be easily recovered from the medium and attract much interest in their potential application.
