废旧硫化胶再生法脱硫机理
Mechanism of devulcanizing waste rubber
【摘要】 探讨De link和亚乙基胺对废旧硫化胶的脱硫机理。De link工艺脱硫两种可能的反应机理 :①一定条件下多硫键附近亚甲基的C—H键异裂脱出一个H- 形成环状过锍离子 ;②Zn2 + 使硫化胶中的双键极化并产生诱导 ,从而产生双键的位置移动 ,并使交联位置置换或重排 ,同时发生质子转移。从电子诱导理论讨论了亚乙基胺改性工艺可能的反应式。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of devulcanizing waste rubber by De link and ethylene amine is described.Two reactions may be involved in the devulcanization by De link:a)under certain conditions,a H - is given from the isobreak of C—H adjacent to the polysulfide bonds to form a cyclic persulphonium ion;b)the double bond in the vulcanizate is polarized by Zn 2+ ,which generates induction,resulting in the shift of double bond location,the replacement or rearrangement of crosslinking site,and the transfer of proton.The possible reaction in the modification with ethylene amine is discussed based on the theory of electronic induction.
