Mooney-Rivlin模型对发泡橡胶力学行为的模拟
Mooney-Rivlin model for extension behaviour of rubber foam
【摘要】 采用有限元分析软件常用的Mooney Rivlin模型对NR和NBR闭孔发泡材料单轴拉伸力学行为进行了模拟。结果表明 ,用Mooney Rivlin模型模拟所得的闭孔发泡橡胶力学行为与实测数据拟合较好 ,橡胶泡孔内的气体具有熵弹性及不可压缩且各向同性的特点。
【Abstract】 The Mooney-Rivlin model,which was common in FEA,was used to model the uniaxial extension behaviour of closed cell NR and NBR foams.The results showed that the extension behaviour of closed cell rubber foam calculated with the Mooney-Rivlin model was well fitted to that from the practical measurement;and the air in the foam cell featured entropical elasticity,uncompressibility and isotropy.
