高效液相色谱法测定各种植物油中维生素E含量
Determination of Vitamin E Contents of a Variety of Plant Oils by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
【摘要】 利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定植物油中的维生素E(VE)含量.以甲醇∶水=98∶2为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min.用荧光检测仪在λexc=295nm,λem=325nm处检测,VE浓度在12.10~96.80ng/μL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=3),此方法操简便,分离效果满意,重现性好.
【Abstract】 A method of the determination of vitamin E contents in plant oils by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is described in this article. The vitamin E were eluted with methanol: water=98:2 mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min and detected by fluorescene (λ\-\{exc\}=295nm, λ\-\{em\}=325nm). A good linearity was shown between the concentration range of 12.10~96.80 ng/μl(r=0.9998,n=3).This method possesses the advantages of easy operation ,effective separation ,and good reproducibility.
