达草灭对莱茵衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardtii)品系遗传后效应的研究

【摘要】 通过将莱茵衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardtii)6种达草灭抗性突变株分别与野生型株、丧失合成叶绿素b能力的cbnI-43等位基因突变株和精氨酸依赖型突变株杂交对其后代进行四分子分析与随机分析,发现在Nfr-4~Nfr-7突变株中达草灭抗性性状只有单一核基因遗传的性质,而在Nfr-1和Nfr-3抗性株中达草灭抗性性状是由2个非连锁核基因所决定.抗性株自交结果表明,Nfr-1、Nfr-3…Nfr-7抗性株的抗性性状都是由同一个nfr-1基因(norflurazon resistanse)的突变所决定,而Nfr-4抗性株的抗性性状是由另一滚突变等位基因nfr-2所决定.在Nfr-1和Nfr-3抗性株中除了nfr-1基因的突变还有nfr-3基因突变的参与.

【Abstract】 6 strains of norflurozon-resistant mutants of Chlamydomonas reinbardtii have been hybridized with a wild type individual,a cbn1-43 allelic mutant which lost the ability of synthesize chlorophyll b and an Arginine-dependent mutant respectively,and the tetrad analysis and random sampling was performed. It appeared that, on the mutants Nfr-4-Nfr-7, only have nuclear monogenic character for norflurozon-resistance,while on the Nfr-1 and Nfr-3 mutants, the norflurozon-resistant trait are determined by two non-linkaged genes. The result of self-crossing of norflurozon-resistant mutant indicated that,the resistant traits of Nfr-1 and Nfr-3~Nfr-7 are determined by a mutation on the Nfr-1 gene,and that of Nfr-4 is determined by another gene, Nfr-2.On the norflurozon-resistant mutants Nfr-1 and Nfr-3,a mutation of Nfr-3 gene is participated in the representation of resistant character,as well as the mutation of Nfr-1.
