【Abstract】 Russia’s foreign policy has changed dramatically after Vladimir Putin took office in 2001 because Central Asia has become an important region of Russia’s concern. Led by the doctrine of practical foreign policy, Russia has taken series of measures to improve and strengthen the cooperation with Central Asian countries in security and economy. By so doing, Russia has regained the trust of Central Asian countries and consolidated as well its position in the geopolitical structure in Central Asia.更多还原
