【摘要】 目的　了解北京市高中学生危险行为发生情况 ,为教育和卫生部门制定青少年健康政策、预防青少年危险行为提供科学依据。　方法　于 1998年 9～ 11月对北京市 7所中学 2 72 6名高二学生进了不记名问卷调查。　结果　相当部分的学生有使交通事故、伤害以及成年期心脑血管疾病和癌症等危险增加的行为。调查显示 ,5 7.8%的学生在乘坐别人开的小汽车时从不系或很少系安全带 ;在调查的近 30d中有 5 .9%的学生坐过 1次及以上由酒后驾驶者开的小汽车 ;4 .7%的学生从不或很少遵守交通规则 ;在调查的近 12个月中 ,19.4 %的学生有过 1次及以上打架行为 ;在调查的近 30d中 ,有 36 .6 %的学生有 1d及以上喝过酒 ;在调查的近 30d中 ,有 12 .6 %有学生有 1d及以上吸过烟 ;在调查的近 7d里 ,只有 4 5 .4 %的学生进行了 3d及以上的激烈运动 ,4 0 .1%的学生进行了5d及以上的中等强度的锻炼。　结论　青少年危险行为问题不容忽视 ;教育与卫生部门应该针对青少年危险行为发生的特点开展预防教育工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To monitor youth risk behavior among senior high school students of Shenyang.The data will be used as reference for health and education department to develop policy of youth and risk behavior prevention. Methods Two thousand and fourteen students of grade 11 from 7 secondary school of Beijing were surveyed by self administered questionnaire anonymously in Sep. to Nov.1998.Results Lots of high school students engage in behaviors that increase their likelihood of motor vehicle crashes,other injuries and adult cardiovascular disease and cancer,e.g.57.8% had rarely or never worn a seat belt;during the 30 days preceding the survey,5.9% had ridden with a driver who had been drinking alcohol;4.7% had rarely or never observed traffic rule; 19.4% had been in a physical fight ≥1 times during the 12 months preceding the survey; 36.6% had drunk alcohol and 12.6% had smoked cigarettes during the 30 days preceding the survey;45.4% of studrnts had participated in vigorous physical activity ≥3 of the 7 days preceding the survey,and 40.1% of students had participated in moderate physical activities ≥5 of the 7 days preceding the survey. Conclusion The results indicate that we should pay more attention to the work of Youth Risk Behavior prevention education.更多还原
