寄宿制小学儿童感觉统合及行为问题分析

【摘要】 目的 分析寄宿制小学儿童感觉统合失调及行为问题发生情况。 方法 用感觉统合评定量表及Autter儿童行为问卷对贵阳市 789名学龄儿童进行调查评定 ,其中寄宿制小学儿童 2 94名 ,普通小学儿童 4 95名。结果 寄宿制小学儿童轻、重度感觉统合失调率 2 5 .17%和 9.86 % ,高于普通小学儿童的 2 3.84 %和 7.6 8% ,尤其是寄宿制小学儿童的学习能力发展不足轻度失调率明显高于普通小学儿童 (P <0 .0 5 )。在行为问题调查中 ,寄宿制小学儿童的行为问题检出率 2 7.5 5 % ,明显高于普通小学儿童的 17.37% (P <0 .0 1) ,寄宿制小学儿童的A行为与N行为问题检出率均高于普通小学儿童 ,M行为问题检出率则明显低于普通小学儿童。两种学校存在行为问题儿童的感觉统合失调率均高于无行为问题儿童。 结论 寄宿制小学儿童感觉统合失调及行为问题检出情况均比普通小学儿童严重。

【Abstract】 Objective A analysis of sensory integrative dysfunction and behaviour problem about boarding primary school pupils.Methods To investigate 789 cases of schooling children in Guiyang with sensory integrative evaluating form and Autter Child’s Behaviour Inquiring Paper.There are 294 cases ordinary primary school pupils and 495 cases ordinary primary school pupils in the investegation.Results The rate of light and weight degree’s sensory integrative dysfunction of boarding primary school is respectively 25.17% and 9.86%,which is higher than ordinary primary school pulils’(respectively 23.84% and 7.68% ).Espeically the study abilty with sensory integrative dysfunction is worse than the ordinary primary school pupils’(P< 0.05 ).ln the behaviour problem investigationy,the rate of behaviour problem in boarding primary school pupils’(27.55%)is more higher than the one in ordinary primary school pupils(17.37%,P<0.01).The rates of A behaviour of and N behaviour boarding primary school pupils is higher than the one in ordinary primary school pupils,however the rate of M behaviour is less lower than the one in ordinary primary school pupils.The rate of sensory integrative dysfunction with behaviour problem’s pupils is higher than the one without behaviour problem’s pupils.Conclusions The situation of sensory integrative dysfunction andbehaviour problem in boarding primary school pupils is more seriously than the one in ordinary primary school pupils.
