【摘要】 目的　了解洛阳市 3～ 6岁儿童膳食营养与发育水平 ,为开展相关干预研究提供依据。方法　采用随机抽样方法对洛阳市2 4 35名 3～ 6岁儿童膳食营养状况与发育水平进行调查 ,应用营养分析软件 (CDGSS)进行膳食营养分析。结果　膳食营养达到中国营养学会推荐的营养要求 ,但钙、锌和维生素B1、维生素A不足 ,仅占《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》 (DRIs)的 38.73% ,58.78%和 6 4.77% ,59.1 8%。身高、体重平均值与NCHS/WHO标准比较 ,略低于WHO水平。儿童年龄别身高的z分为 - 0 .2 3,年龄别体重的z分为 - 0 .2 1 ,身高别体重的z分为 - 0 .0 7。儿童发育迟缓率为 9.3% ,消瘦率为 6 .1 % ,体重不足率为 5.7%。结论　洛阳市儿童营养状况得到了极大的改善 ,仍存在微量营养素缺乏的问题 ,且生长发育不良儿童仍占一定比例更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study diet quality and development al level of children aged 3～6 years in Luoyang city, and to provide basis perfomi ng related intervention study. MethodsDiet quality and develop mental level of 2 435 children aged 3-6 years, drawn randomly in Luoyang city, w ere surveyed. ResultsMost of nutrients were sufficient, but th e intakes of calcium, zinc, vitamin B1 and vitamin A accounted only for 38.73%, 58.78%, 64.77% and 59.18% of Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes (Chinese DRIs) re commended by Chinese Nutrition Society. The mean values for height and weight we re below the US National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS)/WHO reference value s. The Z scores of Height/Age, Weight/Age and Weight/Height were -0.23, -0.2 1 and -0.07 respectively. Prevalence rates of stunting, wasting and underweig ht w ere 9.3%, 6.1% and 5.7%. ConclusionNutritional status of child ren improved obviously, but some micronutrients were insufficient in their diets . Meanwhile, there were the problems of underdevelopment among them.更多还原
