【摘要】 目的　了解山东省中小学生高血压患病状况 ,探讨其与生长发育指标的关系。方法　选取山东省 4个市 1 2 30 8名 6～ 1 8岁中小学生 (男生 6 1 87人 ,女生 61 2 1人 ) ,测其收缩压、舒张压及部分形态、机能指标。收缩压以同年龄、同性别的P90 ～P95为临界高血压 ,大于P95为高血压。结果　男女生高血压、临界高血压检出率分别为 3 .49%、4 .1 7%和 1 1 .0 6%、1 4 .31 % ,高于 1 995年山东省调查结果 ,且各年龄组学生收缩压的P90 、P95均高于全国汉族学生水平。部分形态指标在高血压组和正常组间差异有显著性 ,尤以体重最为明显。结论　山东省中小学生高血压患病率有升高趋势 ,并与部分形态机能指标显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of high blood pressure (HBP) among primary and secondary school students in Shandong province and to study its relation to some growth indices. Methods 12308 pupils (6087 boys and 6121 girls, aged from 6 to 18 years) were selected by stratified-cluster sampling in 4 cities of Shandong province. Their systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and some morphological and functional parameters were measured. The value of SBP lying in the range the 90th percentile and the 95th percentile, and >the 95th percentile in corresponding age and gender groups was regarded as high blood pressure and critical HBP respectively.Results The prevalence rate of HBP was 3.49% for boys and 4.17% for girls, the rate of critical HBP was 11.06% (boys) and 14.31%(girls). Both rates were higher when compared with results from the 1995 survey. The 90th percentile and the 95th percentile of SBP of all age and gender groups were higher as compared with their Han nationality peers. There were significant differences in some morphological parameters, especially in body weight, between HBP groups and normal-BP groups. Conclusions There was a trend toward increased prevalence of HBP in Shandong students. A significant relation was found between HBP and some morphological and functional parameters.更多还原
