【摘要】 目的　了解长安县 7～ 1 8岁农村学生的营养状况。方法　采用分层、整群随机抽样方法 ,依据 1 985年制定的身高标准体重 ,对 1 990～ 1 999年长安县 7～ 1 8岁农村学生的生长发育监测资料进行营养状况评价。结果　长安县 7～ 1 8岁农村学生营养状况在 1 0年间变化幅度不大 ,超重和肥胖检出率呈逐年增加趋势 ;男女学生营养状况不同 ;与全国农村水平相比 ,长安县农村男、女生营养不良、低体重检出率较高 ,而超重和肥胖检出率较低。结论　应重视和加强农村中小学校的营养知识健康教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study nutritional status of village students aged 7～18 years in Chang’an county.Methods A stratified and cluster sampling method was applied to the survey. The nutritional status of village students aged 7～18 years in Chang’an county was evaluated according to the 1985 national standard of weight for height.Results The change in nutritional status of village students in Chang’an county was narrow during the past decade. The prevalence of overweight and obesity increased year by year. The nutritional status of male students was different from that of female students. Both male and female village students had higher prevalence rates of malnutrition and underweight, and lower prevalence rates of overweight and obesity when compared with their national peers.Conclusions Health and nutrition education should be strengthened and be improved in primary and high schools of rural areas.更多还原
