【摘要】 目的　观察中药治疗多形性日光疹的临床疗效。方法　 6 8例多形性日光疹患者 ,36例 (男 12例 ,女 2 4例 )口服中药汤剂 ,2次 /日 ;32例 (男 10例 ,女 2 2例 )作为对照组口服氯喹片 ,0 .2 5～ 0 .12 5 /次 ,2次 /日。两组局部外擦 10 %氧化锌软膏 ,2次 /日 ,连续观察 1个月。结果　中药治疗多形性日光疹的总有效率 97.2 % ,对照组 84 .4 % ,2组比较 ,差异具有显著性统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　中药治疗多形性日光疹疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM) on Plymorphous Light Eruption (PLE). Method 68 patients with PLE were observed. The therapy of CHM was applied in 36 patients (12 male and 24 female), twice a day. In control group, 32 PLE patients were treated with Chloroquine 0.25 bid. Both groups were used topical treatment of 10% unguent zinc oxide, twice a day. The treatment period was one month. Results The results showed the total effective ratio in PLE treated with CHM was 97.2%, in the control group 84.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups. P<0.01. Conclusion It is effective to treat PLE with CHM.更多还原
