【摘要】 目的　探讨直方图对脂肪肝诊断的价值。方法　应用超声诊断仪中直方图功能 ,在 70例脂肪肝患者的增强回声区中取样 ,获得直方图 M值 ,与正常组 5 0例健康人进行对照 ,判断有无数值上的差异。结果　正常组 M值为 2 5～ 4 9,70例脂肪肝患者 M值为 5 0～ 12 0 ,与正常组未显示有交叉。结论　直方图对脂肪肝的诊断具有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the diagnosis of fatty livers by means of histogram.Methods By using the histogram function of ultrasonography, a sample was taken from the enhancement echo region of a fatty liver to get the value of M and normal groups are contsted so as to judge whether there were any abnormalities in value accordingly. Results The M value to 50 healty persons in normal groups rang from 25～49. There was a great reis in M value ranging from 50~120 among the 70 patieats with fatty livers, which is remarkably different from the normal groups.Conclusion The diagnosis of fatty livers by means of histogram is of clinical value.更多还原
