【摘要】 目的　探讨 TSRH椎弓根钉系统治疗腰椎滑脱的效果。方法　对 2 4例腰椎滑脱患者 TSRH椎弓根钉系统内固定术及术后随访分析。结果　对 2 4例获平均 2 1.8个月的随访 ,临床评估植骨融合率 94 .8%。结论　 TSRH椎弓根钉系统固定坚强 ,操作简单 ,适合应用于腰椎滑脱的手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obejctive To review the efficacy of TSRH (Texas Scottishrite Hospital Instrumentation) pedicle screw spinal system for the treatment of spondylolisthesis.Method Twenty four cases with various lumbar spine spondylolysics were treated with TSRH pedicle screw spinal system and were anlyzed retrospectively.Results After an average follow up of 21.8 months, all cases got good results with a fusion rate of 94.8%.Conclusion It suggests that TSRH pedicle screw spinal system is a good spinal fixation system with the characteristics of strong fixation and simplicity in the treatment of spondylolisthesis.更多还原
