【摘要】 目的　通过对中、重度直肠前突 (RC)为主并伴发多种出口梗阻性便秘症患者综合手术治疗的前后对比 ,观察疗效。方法　随机将 78例RC患者做开敞造瘘综合手术的前、后排粪造影对比分析及 1.5 - 2 .5年两次疗效追访。结果　RC患者经开敞造瘘综合手术 ,术后 3- 4周排粪造影及临床症状综合有效率为 91.0 % ;<1.5年追访 ,有效率为 93.6 % ;<2 .5年追访 ,有效率为 96 .2 %。平均住院 (2 5± 3)d。结论　开敞造瘘综合术式对RC为主的出口梗阻性便秘不失为一种简便、安全、有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of open fistuliztion in the treatment of rectal convex in 78 patients. Methods The defecography taken in 78 patients were compared before and after operation and the treatment efficacy were analyzed in the 1.5 to 2.5 year follow-up period. Results The RC patients underwent open fistuliztion surgical operation, 3-4 weeks postoperative defecography and clinical symptoms showed that this technique was effective in 91.0% of the patients. The effective rate because 93.6% after the patients were followed up for less than 1.5 year and 96.2% for less than 2.5 years. The average hospitalization was 25±3 days. Conclusions The open fistuliztion surgical operation is simple, safe, effective in the treatment of obstructive constipation caused by RC.更多还原
