【摘要】 [目的]观察长春瑞滨(NVB)为主联合化疗对晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。[方法]43例均为住院患者,初治12例,复治31例;具体为NVB25mg/m2d1,8;DDP25mg/m2d1~3;q3w重复;至少完成2周期后评价疗效。[结果]CR5例(11.6%),PR17例(39.5%),SD16例(37.2%),PD5例(11.6%)。总有效率(RR)51.2%,其中初治12例58.3%,复治31例48.4%;Ⅲ期13例61.5%,Ⅳ期30例42.4%。主要毒副反应:骨髓抑制和恶心、呕吐、脱发,其他反应轻微。[结论]NP方案为治疗晚期乳腺癌有效而安全的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the therapeutic effect and toxicitie s of navelbine(NVB)combined with cisplatin regimen in the treatment for advanced b reast cancer.Forty-three cases with advanced breast cancer were verifi ed by pathology.NVB25mg/m 2 iv on day1,day8,DDP25mg/m 2 iv on day1~day3,and repeated every3weeks.Five cases showed complete response and17cases showed partial response.The overall response rate was51.2%. The major toxic effects were myelosuppression,vomitting and alopecia.[Conclusion]NVB combined with cisplatin is an effective treatment for the patients with adv anced breast cancer and toxicities of this treatment are tolerated.更多还原
