【摘要】 [目的]探讨经皮穿刺注射乙酸(PAI)治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床效果。[方法]9例肾上腺肿瘤病人均在CT引导下,用50%乙酸和造影剂注入肿瘤内进行化学灭活治疗。[结果]PAI后9例病人中有6例血压恢复正常,1例血压明显下降,2例低血钾恢复正常。[结论]PAI是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法,是肾上腺良性肿瘤不宜外科手术或手术风险大时的一种替代疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the clinical effects of percutaneous acetic acid injection(PAI)in chemoablation of adrenal neoplasm.Nine patients with functioning adrenal neoplasm were performed PAI under CT-guided with50%acetic acid and non-ionic contrast media injection.Following PAI,blood pressure returned to nor-mal in6cases,markedly declined in1case,and serum potassium resumed normal level in2cases.[Conclusion]Our preliminary results suggest that CT-guided percutaneous acetic acid injection(PAI)is a safe and effective alternative treatment for small and unresectable functional adrenal neoplasm.更多还原
