【摘要】 目的 :探讨冠心病患者血浆神经肽 Y(NPY)含量与心率变异性 (HRV)的关系。方法 :随机选择 2 5例冠心病患者和 2 7例健康志愿者作 2 4h动态心电图并做 HRV分析 ,同时测定其空腹血浆 NPY浓度。结果 :与健康人比较 ,冠心病患者 SDNN,SDANN,HF,L F显著下降 ,L F/HF和血浆 NPY显著上升 ,NPY与 HF,L F,L F/HF呈明显相关性 (r=-0 .9,P <0 .0 1;r=-0 .6,P <0 .0 5;r=0 .9,P<0 .0 5)。结论 :冠心病患者血浆 NPY与 HRV密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investgate the relation between plasma neurop ep tide Y(NPY)and heart rate variability in patients with coronary artery disease( CAD). METHODS:25 CAD patients and 27 healthy subjects were selecte d at random. 24 hours of holter monitoring was performed and plasma NPY levels w ere measured in all the subjects. RESULTS:Compared with the healthy subjects,SDNN,SDANN,HF and LF in CAD patients significantly decre ased,with plasma NPY and LF/HF increased. Plasma NPY levels were closely related to HF,LF and LF/HF. CONCLUSION: Plasma NPY is closely related to HRV in CAD patients.更多还原
