【Abstract】 The appraisal of vocational technical ability directly affects the enforcement of the system of vocational qualifications certificate. It’s of great importance to do the job well. This article has pointed out such common problems in the appraisal work as: the operating procedure hot in place, careless and unskilled operating, breaking the operating procedure etc, and has offered four counter-measures aiming at solving these issues.更多还原
