【摘要】 文章通过文献资料、访问专家和问卷调查等方法,结合学科的特点及培育目标,总结提出体育专业人才应具备的包括教师基本能力在内的八个方面共二十六项职业能力结构体系并对我院现今毕业生的职业能力进行计量分析. 调查与分析结果表明,现今毕业生的综合能力与结构体系的要求存在着不同程度的差距,进而提出高等教育必须面向社会,面向未来,优化教学计划,深入开展素质教育,推进教育改革,全面培养学生能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 On basis of the characteristics and developing goal of P.E. science and by means of questionaire, visiting experts and consulting reference ,vocational competence of P.E graduates, this paper sets forth a structural system of competence that college P.E. graduates need to be developed in 8 categories, such as teaching organizing, creating and associating , 26 kinds of vocational competence in all. The result shows that there still exists some distance between nowadays college P.E. graduates and the above structural system of competence. So it is put forward finally that higher education has to meet the demands of society and future , improve the educational plans, advance the educational reform and quality education so as to fully develop students` various competence.更多还原
