实型铸造内表面铸渗合金化缸套的组织及性能

【摘要】 用实型负压铸造及铸渗技术制造了内燃机缸套,并对缸套的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明,用此技术制造的缸套符合技术要求,并具有较高的耐磨性,缸套和活塞环具有良好的配合性能。

【Abstract】 Cylinder liners for internal combustion engines were cast in vacuum full mould with their internal surface being alloyed by using cast-penetraion technique, and their microstructure as well as properties were investigated. The results showed that the cylinder liners made such way met their technical requirements and were of excellent wear-resistance, as well as of good matchability with the piston rings.
