奥贝球铁中白亮区的形成及影响因素
Formation and Influencing Factors of White-Bright Zones in Austempered Ductile Iron
【摘要】 分析了奥贝球铁中白亮区的形成原因,研究了影响白亮区含量的主要因素以及白亮区对奥贝球铁力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金元素、石墨球数和奥氏体化温度对白亮区的大小产生重要影响,选择合适的合金含量,增加石墨球数或降低奥氏体化温度均能使组织中白亮区减少,从而减轻白亮区对奥贝球铁力学性能的不利影响。
【Abstract】 The reason causing formation of white-bright zones in ADI was analyzed. It was showed that alloying elements, spheroidal graphite count and austenitizing temperature have obvious effects on the area of white-bright zones. It is possible to reduce the white-bright zones and therefore to decrease its harmful effects on mechanical properties of ADI by adopting proper alloys contents, increasing s.g. count or decreasing austenitizing temperature.
