【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the evolution of Supply Chain Management, and of the involved basic theories of Supply Chain Management, this article puts forward a theory’s basis to the optimization of supply chain management of Shenzhen Huayang Kinescope Co., Ltd. This article demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of supply chain management carried out by Shenzhen Huayang Kinescope Co., Ltd., the specific strategy of optimizing supply chain management, and assuring measures of roundly enhancing the capability of enterprises’ core competition. This article is an exploration and practice of China’s participating in the competition in international market, after China’s entering WTO, in the field of optimization of supply chain management. Furthermore, this article establishes a foundation for building the theories system of Value Transfer System based on supply chain management.
