农膜光转换添加剂微结构的分析
Analysis of the Microstructure of the Optical Down Conversion Transmission Additive Applied toPreparing Film for Agriculture
【摘要】 农膜中光下转换材料(光转换添加剂CaS∶Cu,Eu)使用高温固相反应法制备,运用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和光荧光技术,对不同工艺条件下制备的材料进行研究,获得荧光材料工艺与稳定性、转光效率的信息,为光转换添加剂及其相关产业的发展提供参考.
【Abstract】 CaS∶Cu,Eu is known as an optical down conversion additive applied to preparing plastic film for agriculture. The samples were prepared by a hightemperature solid phase reaction procedure in different conditions, and investigated by xray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoluminescence technique. The information on the relationship between the conversion efficiency, stability and the preparation condition has been obtained. It is useful for the preparation of a down conversion transmission material with an increased conversion efficiency.
