GCMS法分析茶叶中提取物TGP的单糖组成及机理探讨
Studies on Monosaccharide Composition of TGP Extracted from Tea and Its Ionization Mechanism by GC-MS
【摘要】 用水提取茶叶并采用凝胶纯化,从茶叶中分离得到一种多糖蛋白复合物TGP.TGP被硫酸完全水解,单糖产物用盐酸 羟胺和乙酸酐进行衍生化处理,GC MS进行分析.研究结果表明,TGP的单糖组成为鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖.同时探讨了单糖的糖腈乙酰酯衍生化及衍生产物在质谱中的电离机理.
【Abstract】 With water extraction and gel filtration purification, a kind of polysaccharideprotein conjugate, TGP(Tea Glycoprotein), was prepared. To analyse its monosaccharide composition, TGP was fully hydrolysed by vitriol, then the obtained monosaccharides were derivatated by hydroxylamine hydrochloride and acetic anhydride. Monosaccharide derivatives were analysed by a GCMS method. The results indicate that the monosaccharides composition of TGP are rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, galatose. Meanwhile, the ionization mechanism of monosaccharide derivative in mass spectrometry measurement was discussed first time.
